Extend your vacation, not your budget.  From now until August 31, 2010, receive a FREE one-night stay for every 2 night rental.  Stay 3 nights, but pay for only 2....or better yet, stay 6 nights, but pay for only 4 nights.  The longer you stay, the better the deal.

This spacious 2 level cabin has a view of the surrounding mountains in a very peaceful, quiet setting. This home sleeps 10 comfortably and has a large kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Great wrap around deck. Walk to Pool, Fitness Room and Basketball Court. Ideal family getway.

Year Round Rates:

Minimum 2-night stay: $560
Additional nights: $225
Weekly stay: $1460
Holiday rate: $250 per night (minimum 3 nights) and $1635 per week

Rate include a one-time cleaning fee. A 7.5% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax will apply.  Refundable security deposit of an amount $200.00 will be required to confirm your reservation.

Cabin Rental Guidelines

  • 2-Night Minimum Stay.
  • Weekly reservations are required for some seasonal dates.
  • Seasonal Dates include: Week of July 4th, Mid-October, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's week.
  • Check In: 3:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Rates include a one-time cleaning fee and 7.5% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax applies to all cabins in addition to the rate listed.
  • Credit Cards accepted
  • Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in rental cabins.
  • The security deposit is fully refundable, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, all financial obligations met, and home keys returned to our office or the home's key lockbox. Renters are asked to straighten and tidy the rental cabin, leave dishes clean, return any furniture moved to original location, and trash must be taken outside to the garbage receptacle. If necessary, a portion or all of your security deposit will be used for cleaning and/or trash removal if your rental home is left excessively dirty or littered, in our sole judgment.
