Cabin Rental Guidelines
- 2-Night Minimum Stay.
- Weekly reservations are required for some seasonal dates.
- Seasonal Dates include: Week of July 4th, Mid-October, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's week.
- Check In: 3:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Rates include a one-time cleaning fee and 7.5% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax applies to all cabins in addition to the rate listed.
- Credit Cards accepted
- Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in rental cabins.
- The security deposit is fully refundable, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, all financial obligations met, and home keys returned to our office or the home's key lockbox. Renters are asked to straighten and tidy the rental cabin, leave dishes clean, return any furniture moved to original location, and trash must be taken outside to the garbage receptacle. If necessary, a portion or all of your security deposit will be used for cleaning and/or trash removal if your rental home is left excessively dirty or littered, in our sole judgment.
