We take great care in offering clean and comfortable accommodations for all our guests. The Bear Creek Lodge can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and is tastefully furnished with everything, including towels and linens. The nicely appointed kitchen includes a coffeemaker, microwave, dishes and cookware.

Our guests will find 2 bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen-sized beds. The loft has two more full-size beds, great for 2 adults or up to 4 children.

Non-Seasonal Rates:

2-night minimum stay: $159/night
Additional nights: $139
Weekly (7-nights): $950

Seasonal Rates:

3-night minimum stay: $179
Additional Nights: $159
Weekly (7-nights): $1100

Additional Charges:

  • A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for each visit.
  • 6.75% sales tax and 6.0% county tax will be collected
  • A fully refundable security/damage deposit of $175 must be made to hold your reservation

Cabin Rental Guidelines

  • 2-night minimum stay for non-seasonal dates/3-night minimum stay for seasonal dates
  • Weekly reservations may be required for some seasonal dates
  • Seasonal Dates include: Week of July 4th, Mid-October, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week and New Year's Week.
  • Check In: 3:00 pm -  Check Out: 11:00 am
  • Credit Cards accepted
  • Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in rental cabins.
  • The security deposit is fully refundable if all financial obligations met, the premises are left undamaged and all inventory is accounted for, and keys are returned to the key lockbox. (There is a $50 charge for lost keys.)
  • Renters are asked to straighten and tidy the rental cabin, clean and put away all dishes, empty the refrigerator of all items, return any furniture moved to original location, and take all trash to the Recycling Center located near the front gate, behind the library.
  • If the cabin requires excessive cleaning after your departure, a portion of your deposit could be used to pay for damages or cleaning fees.
